Every small batch reflects the year, the bounty of the season, and the honey that bees produced. Our latest gem is a spontaneously barrel fermented mead that boasts a silky texture with a hazelnut finish. Pyments Grapes from famous Northwest vineyards make these meads a special treat. Cysers Featuring the finest apples and pears found by the mead maker while visiting orchards throughout Washington and Oregon Melomels The Northwest provides an abundance of fruits and berries for these refreshing meads; elderberries, peaches, plums, blackberries, raspberries, and of course, cherries. The hardest part for the mead maker is choosing the best produce of the year. Metheglin Herbs, spices and flowers are carefully selected and dried before they make the grade. |
